5. Prices and payment
Prices are in CHF including VAT. Transport and packaging costs are not included in the price, unless other conditions are stated. interiør butik reserves the right to adjust prices and/or make price errors at any time.
Payment for the order is made via PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, advance payment, or in the boutique at the checkout. In exceptional cases, an order can also be paid for by invoice. This is payable within 14 days unless other conditions are stated. After this period has expired, the customer will be in default even without a reminder. interiør butik is entitled to demand default interest of 5%, unless otherwise agreed.
interiør butik reserves the right to subject customers who order by invoice to a credit check. If your credit rating is negative, payment may be required in advance. If the customer does not agree to this, the order can be canceled.
6. Dimensions and illustrations
All dimensions, weights, information and images of our products are non-binding. The description, technical information and prices of the products can be changed at any time. We reserve the right to make model changes, typographical or graphical errors, errors in product descriptions, prices and technical information.
7. Shipping and delivery
The delivery period begins with receipt of payment. Multiple items from the same order are usually shipped together. However, partial deliveries are possible. Shipping takes place via parcel post or furniture shipping company. Parcels are usually delivered to the front door, and large and bulky furniture is delivered to the curb.

8. Delivery times
Delivery times are given as accurately as possible. However, these are based on experience and are non-binding. Delivery dates may change under certain circumstances. Generally, shipping will begin on Wednesday after receipt of payment.
In no case should delivery delays give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.
9. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of interiør butik until full payment has been made. Legal recourse is excluded.
Returns and returns of goods are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. 11. Material warranty and liability
The warranty conditions of the product manufacturers apply to accessories and furniture.
Deviations in structure and color cannot be avoided for certain materials (wood, marble, leather, textiles, etc.) compared to the specifications and therefore generally do not give rise to complaints about defects or warranty claims. Normally, no guarantee can be given for the light fastness of the colors on wood, leather, plastic and certain textile fabrics. The warranty is excluded for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or other fault on the part of the buyer. Interiør butik declines all liability for damage caused to the building structure (e.g. floor, walls) or to the buyer's furniture through use of the goods. Before use, the buyer must ensure that the product cannot cause any damage.
If legitimate defects within the meaning of these provisions are asserted in writing by the buyer, interiør butik has the choice of repairing the defects or replacing the defective goods or parts thereof with new ones. The duration of the warranty is not renewed or extended by any repair or replacement delivery. Further claims by the buyer, including lost profits, consequential damages or other financial losses, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Furniture and lamps that are made antique or with an antique look, the characteristic appearance is enhanced by signs of wear. This does not constitute a defect.
