1. Scope

The transaction and delivery takes place exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of the offers from my online shop interior-butik.ch and the contracts concluded in the store.

If these General Terms and Conditions refer to “customers”, these are natural persons whose purpose of an order cannot be attributed to a commercial, self-employed or freelance activity, but also legal entities or partnerships with legal capacity that are used for commercial, self-employed or freelance purposes order.

If deadlines are stated in working days, these are all weekdays with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

2. Recognition

3. Conclusion of contract

A legally binding purchase contract is concluded with the written or electronic dispatch of the order confirmation by interiør butik or delivery. If a product is no longer available or deliverable, Interieur butik can withdraw from the contract in whole or in part without compensation. Payments already made will be refunded.
interiør butik is not obliged to accept orders if the customer has outstanding amounts from previous purchases or if his account is charged with debt enforcement measures. If the customer's outstanding payments are only discovered after the purchase contract has been concluded, interiør butik has the right to withdraw from the contract at any time and without paying any compensation and to invoice deliveries and services that have already been provided.

4. Vouchers

Vouchers can generally be purchased in the boutique or online. With the voucher code they can be redeemed online or in the boutique. The voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in CHF including VAT. Transport and packaging costs are not included in the price, unless other conditions are stated. interiør butik reserves the right to adjust prices and/or make price errors at any time.
Payment for the order is made via PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, advance payment, or in the boutique at the checkout. In exceptional cases, an order can also be paid for by invoice. This is payable within 14 days unless other conditions are stated. After this period has expired, the customer will be in default even without a reminder. interiør butik is entitled to demand default interest of 5%, unless otherwise agreed.
interiør butik reserves the right to subject customers who order by invoice to a credit check. If your credit rating is negative, payment may be required in advance. If the customer does not agree to this, the order can be canceled.

6. Dimensions and illustrations

All dimensions, weights, information and images of our products are non-binding. The description, technical information and prices of the products can be changed at any time. We reserve the right to make model changes, typographical or graphical errors, errors in product descriptions, prices and technical information.

7. Shipping and delivery

The delivery period begins with receipt of payment. Multiple items from the same order are usually shipped together. However, partial deliveries are possible. Shipping takes place via parcel post or furniture shipping company. Parcels are usually delivered to the front door, and large and bulky furniture is delivered to the curb.
Not by car/truck, or buildings and places that are difficult to reach (mountainous areas) must be agreed and calculated individually and are excluded from these provisions.
Orders specified for self-collection in the boutique must be picked up within 7 working days. The order will then be automatically deleted
The buyer must notify the transport company and interiør butik in writing of any damage caused by transport within 3 days of delivery. In the event of damage, the goods, including packaging, must be stored and not used until the case has been settled. When handing over, the defects must be noted on the delivery note. The shipping information listed on www.interior-butik.ch is part of these terms and conditions and applies in full.

8. Delivery times

Delivery times are given as accurately as possible. However, these are based on experience and are non-binding. Delivery dates may change under certain circumstances. Generally, shipping will begin on Wednesday after receipt of payment.
In no case should delivery delays give rise to claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract.

9. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of interiør butik until full payment has been made. Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Returns

Returns and returns of goods are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The goods must be returned to interiør butik in undamaged original packaging after consultation or handed over in person to the store during opening hours. Returns can only be made if the goods are in perfect and new condition. A receipt or copy of the invoice must be enclosed. Customer-specific items (sofas and other furniture and accessories) and quantities, plants and consumables are excluded from the right of return . When returning parcel shipments and freight forwarding goods, the return shipment takes place at the customer's expense and risk.

11. Material warranty and liability

The warranty conditions of the product manufacturers apply to accessories and furniture.
Deviations in structure and color cannot be avoided for certain materials (wood, marble, leather, textiles, etc.) compared to the specifications and therefore generally do not give rise to complaints about defects or warranty claims. Normally, no guarantee can be given for the light fastness of the colors on wood, leather, plastic and certain textile fabrics. The warranty is excluded for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or other fault on the part of the buyer. Furthermore, the warranty is excluded if the customer or third parties have made repairs or changes to the goods.
Interiør butik declines all liability for damage caused to the building structure (e.g. floor, walls) or to the buyer's furniture through use of the goods. Before use, the buyer must ensure that the product cannot cause any damage.
If legitimate defects within the meaning of these provisions are asserted in writing by the buyer, interiør butik has the choice of repairing the defects or replacing the defective goods or parts thereof with new ones. The duration of the warranty is not renewed or extended by any repair or replacement delivery. Further claims by the buyer, including lost profits, consequential damages or other financial losses, are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Furniture and lamps that are made antique or with an antique look, the characteristic appearance is enhanced by signs of wear. This does not constitute a defect. We recommend that all interested parties contact us by email, telephone or in person to find out the exact condition of the property they intend to purchase. 

12. Changes

interiør butik is entitled to change its general terms and conditions at any time by notice to the buyer or publication on the website.

13. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to these general terms and conditions, namely the regulations of the OR.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider (CH-4051 Basel).
