Your order  (except Furniture) will be shipped free of charge within Switzerland for an order value of CHF 100.- or more and will be sent within 2 working days with DPD.

For orders under CHF 100, CHF 9.- is charged for shipping.

Shipping outside Switzerland

Shipping outside of Switzerland is possible upon request via email info@interior-butik or contact form and will be charged based on effort.

Pickup

You can also pick up your order free of charge from the boutique during opening hours. You can select this option for the shipping method

Recycling during shipping

In order to save resources, we may ship your order in a box that has already been used (stickers, labels). A box in which we received the products ourselves, which is still in good condition and, above all, the size fits your order exactly, so that we need as little stuffing material as possible for safe transport. Some of the film has also been used before and if it is still in good condition, it will protect your products well.

Shipping of furniture

Length of time

We usually prepare your order the next working day and send it off that evening. You will usually have your order within 3 working days.

The boutique is closed on Mondays, your order from the weekend goes out on Tuesday.

If you are in a hurry, you can also choose Priority from the shipping options and a package will arrive on the next working day. There is no guarantee, unfortunately we have no influence on postal delays.

Returns & Returns

It is important to us that you enjoy the products. If you are not satisfied with a product, you are welcome to send it back within 14 days. The product must be unused and returned in the packaging in which it was sent. It's best to use the same cardboard and stuffing material so that it arrives safely.

Reduced products are excluded from exchange and return

Then register your return via email info@interior-butik so that we can assign it. As soon as we receive the return shipment, we will refund you the amount in the way we received it.

You would like to exchange a product for a different color, size or product. We're happy to make that possible. Please send us an email to info@interior-butik.ch with your exchange request.

In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Or you can come to the boutique and exchange the product for free shipping.
